The first time you log onto VB you will be asked to change your password. At that time you will go through our Enhanced Authentication system for your security protection. Once you are at your account, look for the Self Service button to begin customizing you account, check your e-mail address (for future alerts if requested) and see what new features are available to you. Unlike the Home Financial Services (HFS) program that used a batch system to provide your information, VB is a live system. This means that you will be able to see all transactions immediately when they happen. As with many live systems, there will be expected and unexpected periods when the data is not available. If you see asterisks (******) instead of balances please give it a while and try again. This will mostly only occur when we are going through system wide outages (very rarely) or when we are running end of day process for a few minutes around 6 PM on days we are open.
